Cancellations:
To receive a full refund (minus any processing fees), you must cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled activity. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation are non-refundable.
Physical Requirements:
Guests must be capable of walking about 400 yards from parking to the dock and be able to step onto and off of the boat without assistance.
Park Entry:
All vehicles entering Glen Canyon National Recreation Area must show a valid park pass. Daily or annual passes can be purchased at the entrance gate. Annual National Park passes are accepted.
Weather Policy:
We operate rain or shine. Overcast conditions or cloudy skies do not qualify for reschedules or refunds. For your safety, we reserve the right to cancel trips due to unsafe weather like high winds, lightning, or severe storms. Our team monitors weather patterns closely and makes the final call. If we cancel due to weather, you’ll have the option to reschedule. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a refund will be issued. Note: This does not apply to multi-day bookings or rentals—those are non-refundable due to weather.
Emergencies:
If a serious event or medical emergency prevents you from attending and you’re within the 72-hour window, you’ll need to provide documentation for any refund requests. This is handled case-by-case.
Waivers:
All participants must complete a digital liability waiver before boarding. The waiver link will be sent in your confirmation email. If any guest fails to complete this, the booking may be forfeited without a refund.
Rental Equipment:
All gear is sent out in good working order. If damage occurs while it’s in your care, you’re responsible for repair costs, including parts and labor.
No-Show or Late Policy:
Trips begin on schedule. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your start time. Late arrivals or no-shows are considered forfeitures and are not eligible for refunds. Additional time will not be added due to late arrivals.
Return Times:
All rentals must be returned by 5:00 PM (Arizona time). Late returns beyond 5:30 PM will incur a charge of $1 per minute. We won’t penalize you for things outside of your control, like ramp delays or emergencies, but plan accordingly.
Important Reminder:
We cannot promise perfect weather. Refunds or reschedules are not offered due to cloudy skies or lack of sun, especially after the cancellation window has passed.
